Our Prime Advantage Membership’s three different plans allow you to get the services you need without the hassle.

Preventative Prime Advantage Membership Plan

This helpful plan allows patients to save over $350 per year. This membership would cost $650 but is only a one-time yearly fee of $295 with the Preventive Prime Advantage Plan.

This plan includes:

  • Two Professional Standard Cleanings
  • Two Wellness Exams
  • One Set of X-Rays
  • One Fluoride Treatment
  • Free Emergency Exams
  • Up to 20 Percent Savings on Treatments Over $100

Periodontal Prime Advantage Membership Plan

This gum-focused plan gives patients over $300 in savings per year. This plan, normally $950, is now a one-time yearly fee of $595.

This plan includes:

If you have kids, this is the plan for them. Families save over $300 per year when they sign up for the Kids Prime Advantage Membership Plan. Formerly $550, this option is now a one-time yearly fee of $195.
